Book a table. Bring friends. Stay curious. It’s SALT - With a little more seasoning.
Caffeine Fiend
Award-winning South Australian artist Charlee Watt returns home to Port Lincoln with her acclaimed show Caffeine Fiend — an elegant afternoon of jazz, storytelling, and coffee-fuelled connection.
At just 21, Charlee has already performed at Perth Fringe at the prestigious Ellington Jazz Club, earned the Adelaide Critics Circle Emerging Artist Award, the Fringe “One to Watch” Award, and won both the Cabaret Fringe Encore and Debut Awards.
Now, for SALT Festival 2026, Caffeine Fiend is reimagined as a refined High Tea cabaret experience.
Gather your friends. Take your seat at beautifully styled tables. Sip expertly brewed coffee or an espresso martini. And settle in for an afternoon of smoky jazz classics, unexpected favourites, and sharp, heartfelt storytelling.
With a sensational 4-piece professional jazz band, led by David Goodwin this is a celebration of coffee, chaos, ambition, and the rituals that keep us upright in a world that never slows down.
Classy. Intimate. Deliciously Port Lincoln.
Rolling The Stones
What happens when the world’s greatest rock band meets the voice of a new generation?
In Charlee Watt: Rolling the Stones, award-winning cabaret artist Charlee Watt dives head-first into the raw energy, swagger, and soul of The Rolling Stones — but with a twist. This isn’t imitation, it’s reinterpretation. Through bold new arrangements, witty storytelling, and an intimate personal connection, Charlee breathes fresh life into the songs you thought you knew, unearthing the stories that shaped her and the soundtracks that shaped the world. Expect powerhouse vocals, sharp humour, and a band that can turn on a dime from blistering rock to smoky jazz. At once a love letter and a reinvention, this show celebrates legacy while daring to ask what these songs mean to a young artist carving her own path. Whether you grew up with Charlie, Mick and Keith or are discovering their music anew, Rolling the Stones is an electrifying night of rock ’n’ roll reimagined.
