Multi-award-winning and critically acclaimed, Beating Up The Beatles turns the music of the Fab Four on its head, as Charlee Watt reimagines some of the world's most familiar songs through jazz, soul and contemporary cabaret.
Backed by inventive arrangements and powerhouse vocals, familiar favourites are pulled apart, rebuilt and rediscovered - while Charlee explores the stories, legacy and extraordinary staying power of the world's biggest band.
Since premiering in 2024, Beating Up The Beatles has been presented across South Australia, Victoria, Western Australia and New South Wales, from major festivals and metropolitan venues to regional touring.

Caffeine Fiend is a coffee-fuelled, jazz-infused celebration of connection, comfort and the rituals that keep us grounded when the world goes off the rails.
Blending powerhouse vocals, wicked wit and contemporary storytelling, Charlee reimagines music made famous by Ella Fitzgerald, Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole, Nina Simone and more, exploring our complicated relationship with caffeine, burnout and the little rituals that somehow keep us upright.
Winner of the 2025 Adelaide Cabaret Fringe Debut Award and 2026 NZ Fringe Tour Ready Award, Caffeine Fiend has been presented across South Australia, Victoria, New South Wales and Western Australia.

Rolling The Stones takes Charlee Watt's love of musical reinvention to one of rock'n'roll's most enduring catalogues, exploring the music, mythology and legacy of The Rolling Stones through a distinctly different lens.
Blending live music, storytelling and unexpected arrangements, Charlee steps front and centre to ask what happens when some of rock's most recognisable songs are pulled apart, reimagined and handed to a performer who was quite literally named after Charlie Watts.
Premiering at SALT Festival in 2026, the work continues to evolve for future presentation and touring.

SHE ROCKS celebrates the women who shaped Australian music, bringing together Charlee Watt and a powerhouse regional youth band to reimagine songs spanning rock, pop, punk and beyond.
Featuring music from Deborah Conway to Amyl and the Sniffers, the show combines live performance, storytelling and musical reinvention while creating meaningful professional performance opportunities for young regional musicians.
Premiering at SALT Festival in 2025, SHE ROCKS has since travelled across regional and metropolitan South Australia, with each season built around collaboration, mentorship and connection between emerging musicians and professional creatives.
The work continues to evolve for future presentation and touring.

SHE ROCKS: Love, Lyrics, Legacies
A love letter to the women who soundtracked Laurel Canyon and a generation.
Currently in development, Somebody Groovy brings together the music and stories of artists including Carole King, Joni Mitchell and Mama Cass, exploring an extraordinary moment in popular music through a contemporary cabaret lens.
Built around harmony, storytelling and a pivotal time in music history, the show celebrates the women whose songwriting and voices helped define the sound of an era and whose influence continues to echo through generations of artists today.
